Infertility- What are the possible causes?

Infertility is a serious health complication that affects both men and women. Not being able to conceive is a situation that every people don’t want to encounter in their life.   • Female Infertility – Irregularities of Oocyte Maturation: The hormonal balance plays a crucial role in conception. Male sperm production will be considered normal when the sperm count is over 20 million per ml. In these numbers, 30% of sperm should be normal, and 50% of sperm should showcase higher motility. However, a functional disorder can affect the sperm from entering the oocyte, even when the results from the semen analysis are good. Tobacco use can result in reducing the quality of sperm in men’s bodies. Other factors include stress, endocrine disorder, DNA damage, environmental pollution, etc. 
  • Male Infertility – Sperm Transport Disorders: Numerous reports proved that a sufficient amount of sperm is produced, but it can’t enter the women’s body during ejaculation due to the obstructions caused by the vas defenders. This situation is also identical to an obstruction from the women’s fallopian tubes. A block in epididymis can cause inflammation. 

These are the biggest causes of infertility in men and women you need to worry about. Don’t assume for a second that being infertile can snatch your dream of becoming a father or mother. Thanks to IVF treatment, you will be able to conceive without any problem.
